Evaluation of the frequently performed urological procedures and how they are coded at Kenyatta National Hospital from 15th July 2004 to 15th January 2005

Abstract

Th is st lid y was des igned to assess the most Ircq ucnt Iy performed urologicu I procedures and how they are coded at Kenyatta National Hospital. A prospective analysis of consecutive patients who underwent a urological procedure at KNH between 15th July 2004 and 15th Jan. 2005 was performed. Data on the management and outcome was collected using questionnaires administered to the patients while admitted and in daycarc surgery.
