dc.description.abstractThe clinical picture of bladder cancer as seen in Zambia is presented. The majority of lesions were squamous carcinoma and although all cases were first seen at a late stage it was possible to undertake a potentially curative operation in 16%. Operation provides excellent palliation and should be considered wherever possible.en
